What Leaders Say About Followers

by admin on April 23, 2013

How do you know if you are fun to dance with?  If you are a follower (woman) there is always a bit of questioning about when and how often you will be asked to dance.

Is there a rhyme or reason to when you will be on the receiving end of the cabaceo?

Apparently – yes.

Today I read a post written by blogger: MSHedgehog, she writes about what men say in praise of female tango dancers.

“She has an extremely comfortable embrace.”

“Like a rollerball. Or a hovercraft.”

“So smooooth.”

“At the end, tic, tac, perfect!”

“Tres bonne connection.”

“So easy“.

“She gives off this snuggly vibe like she really wants to be exactly here.”

“She has hungry feet”.

“It’s nice to dance slow music with someone who can do it justice.”

“She’s nice, I enjoyed it, she has quick feet.”

“When we walk, she seems to have endless legs.”

What I noticed most is that the the descriptions were all metaphoric, not what you would expect from the partner who is responsible for the intricate logistics of tango.  See for yourself by reading the full post on MS Hedgehogs’ blog:
